Аннотация
Статья посвящена последним тенденциям в области исследования и применения биосурфактантов – поверхностно-активных биомолекул, производимых микроорганизмами. Биосурфактанты рассмотрены как альтернатива синтетическим поверхностно-активным веществам. Дан краткий обзор основных принципов получения, скрининга и характеристики биосурфактантов, их физико-химических свойств. Проанализированы представления о взаимосвязи между свойствами биосурфактантов и их использованием. Особое внимание уделено исследованиям, связанным с потенциальным применением биосурфактантов, актуальными проблемами при их производстве и внедрении в реальном секторе экономики. Описаны современное состояние мирового рынка биосурфактантов и перспективы его дальнейшего формирования.
