АннотацияПоказано,что использование рапамицина для лечения мышей с индуцированным аутоиммунным тиреоидитом привело к уменьшению производства антител к тиреопероксидазе и уменьшению апоптоза фолликулов щитовидной железы, что указывает на подавление аутоиммунного процесса рапамицином.
