Option No.1 for applicants with a study visa:
Step 1: apply electronically to receive an invitation to Russia in the period before May 31, 2019 (inclusive). Registration link: kpfu.ru/eng/faq/application-for-admission/application-for-admission.
Step 2: put together all the necessary papers:
1. A copy of the passport with a notarized translation into Russian. Attention! Your passport must be valid for at least 18 months from the date of entry into Russia.
2. A copy of the previous degree certificate with transcript, duly legalized and with a notarized translation into Russian.
3. Financial guarantees (a document confirming the applicant's ability to pay tuition in KFU for the first academic year, as well as to cover his own expenses; for example, a bank account statement, a sponsorship letter, etc.).
All the documents must be submitted in PDF format with protection from editing.
Step 3: wait for the letter of invitation to the entrance exams.
Step 4: arrive in Kazan (the date of entry into the Russian Federation in the period from August 15, 2019) and pass exams in the period from August 20, 2019 to August 25, 2019. The examination schedule will be published on the KFU website from June 1, 2019.
Step 5: conclude an agreement in case of successfully passed exams, pay 50% of the tuition fee for the first 2019-2020 academic year.
ATTENTION: you have an opportunity to pass the entrance exams online. To do this, you must follow steps 1 and 2, and then register on the site: abiturient.kpfu.ru in the period from June 20 to July 10 (registration instructions)
In the period from July 12, in your personal account there will appear a link for passing online exams after successfully passed identification procedure.
Then, after successfully passed exams, you must pay 50% of the tuition fee for the first 2019-2020 academic year, receive an invitation and come to Kazan.
Option No.2 for applicants with a tourist visa:
Step 1: independently get a tourist visa.
Step 2: apply electronically to receive an invitation to Russia in the period before May 31, 2019 (inclusive). Registration link: http://kpfu.ru/eng/faq/application-for-admission/application-for-admission.
Documents required:
1. A copy of the passport with a notarized translation into Russian. Attention! Your passport must be valid for at least 18 months from the date of entry into Russia.

Step 5: after successfully passed exams, it is necessary to make a payment in cash in the amount of 50% of the tuition fee at the bank within 5 working days from the date of the conclusion of the contract.
