Dear colleagues,

We are happy to provide you with an invitation letter from KFU which you need to apply for the visa.

The type of visa you need to present at the conference is  humanitarian or scientific-technical relations.

To receive an invitation letter from KFU, please send the following documents: to Elena Kudriavceva at kudriavcevaelena@mail.ru:

1. a scanned copy of 1 page of the passport (with personal data and photo)
2. a completed form.

In case you have a work visa, please, send the following documents: to Elena Kudriavceva at kudriavcevaelena@mail.ru:

1. a scanned copy of the passport
2.  a scanned copy of visa

NOTE: Applicants  holding a tourist visa are not allowed on the University premises.

The deadline for filing documents is April 1, 2020.

Typically  it takes two weeks or longer for the visa to be  issued.

Please, NOTE that to prepare an invitation letter from KFU we need

1. a completed form (Appendix) in English OR Russian. ALL fields of the form must be filled out, including the information on the place you are planning to apply for the visa.

2. a scanned copy of the passport (the 1st page with personal data and photo). A copy of the passport page must be clear, easy to read. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months after leaving Russia. For the visa processing there  must be at least 2 clean pages in your passport.

NOTE: KFU sends a scanned copy of an invitation letter by e-mail.

If the consulate where you apply for the visa accepts only the original  (paper) invitation, you will have to cover the delivery costs  (DHL, Pony Express, FedEx ).
