ocalization is an important task in swarm robotics framework. This paper overviews swarm
control and localization approaches, concentrating on localization methods under restrictions that are im-
posed by using inexpensive onboard sensors with the emphasis on swarm formation control applications in urban search and rescue and environment exploration tasks. The goal of the paper is to aid researchers selecting appropriate sensors for these tasks. |
