Автор поднимает проблему детского дорожно-транспортного травматизма. Социальная острота проблемы диктует необходимость активизации местных органов образования, разработки и внедрения программ профилактических мероприятий по предотвращению увеличения количества ДТП с участием детей. The author raises the problem of child road traffic injuries. Social gravity of the problem dictates the need for increased local education authorities, developing and implementing programs of preventive measures to prevent the increase in the number of accidents involving children.
