For comfortable living, the Elabuga Institute of KFU offers nonresident students to stay in one of three student dormitories. Rooms in student houses are two-, three-, four-seater. In dormitory No. 1,103 residential rooms (380 beds), in dormitory No. 2 - 221 residential room (650 beds), in dormitory No. 4 - 130 rooms (320 beds).

In the dormitories of the institute, the necessary conditions have been created for full living, study, cultural recreation and sports. Dormitories are equipped with a gym for shaping, a gym, a choreography hall. There is a cinema, a psychological living room, a relaxation room with tennis tables and billiards, a chess room, a laundry room with washing machines. Weekly in the cinema there are views of modern and classic films with audience student discussions with the participation of teachers of the Department of Philosophy and Sociology.

Protection of public order in the hostel is carried out by private security company (LLC private security company "Kornet" contract No. 0.101.59-08/661/17 dated 14.09.2017 - physical protection of objects, LLC "Security enterprise" Alabuga-Protection "contract No. 152/82 dated 30.03.2018 - CTS security services). On the basis of hostel No. 2 there is a student medical center equipped with modern medical equipment.

In the conditions of student dormitories, the development of student self-government bodies is successfully resolved: student councils of faculties solve housing and everyday issues of nonresident students, organize cultural and sports events.

At the initiative of the student council, a review competition of student dormitories is organized, which is held in two nominations: for the best floor of the dormitory, and the best student room; chess, table tennis and other tournaments are held.

Conditions of accommodation in the hostel

All needy students of the Elabuga Institute of KFU 1 course are provided with a bed in the dormitories of the Institute on the basis of a personal application addressed to the director.

Senior students submit a personal application to the director, which is considered at a meeting of the certification commission, which necessarily includes representatives of student self-government bodies of faculties. Based on the decision of the attestation commission, an order is issued for settlement for the next academic year (end of May - beginning of June).

Dear students!

Changes have been made to the procedure for submitting and recording applications for the provision of residential premises in the KFU hostel.

Nonresident students who need a hostel for the 2021/2022 academic year must submit an application for housing in their personal account in the Electronic University system.

The procedure for applying for students by qualification: undergraduate/specialty/master's degree, and graduate students.

The completed application will be sent to the deputy director/dean for social and educational work of your institute/faculty, and then will be considered as part of the work of the Housing and Housing Commission, taking into account the individual achievements of the student.

You should also provide the Deputy Director for Social and Educational Work of your Institute/Faculty with a completed paper application (attached).

Information for the settlement of non-resident students in the hostel of the Elabuga Institute of KFU

At the Elabuga Institute of Kazan Federal University, nonresident students live in dormitories No. 1, 2, 4.

All non-resident students of EU KFU 1 full-time training course are provided with a bed in student dormitories based on the lists of non-resident students of the 1st year for settlement in the dormitory, formed by the Reception Commission (when submitting documents to the Reception Commission, note in the questionnaire the item on the need to provide a bed in the dormitory.

Procedure for settlement of non-resident students of the 1st year in student dormitories of KFU EU

The settlement of non-resident students of the 1st year in student dormitories will be held according to the approved schedule. Non-resident students of the 1st year need to have a package of documents with them (see below "List of necessary documents for settlement in the hostel of Yelabuga KFU").

Information for the settlement of non-resident students 2-5 courses in student dormitories of the KFU EU

The settlement of non-resident students of 2-5 courses in the student dormitories of the EU KFU will be held according to the approved schedule and in accordance with the lists of decisions of the faculty commissions.

On the day of settlement, non-resident students of 2-5 courses need to have a package of documents (see below "List of necessary documents for settlement in the hostel of the Elabuga Institute of KFU").

1. Application;

3. Passport (original and 2 photocopies pp. 2-3, 5);

4. taxpayer identidication number (original and photocopy);

5. Pension insurance certificate (original and photocopy);

6. Medical policy (original and 2 photocopies)/Medical insurance for international students

7. RW/HIV blood test (from residential clinic, valid for 14 days)

8. The result of the fluorographic examination over the past year (original and 2 photocopies);

9. A certificate from a dermatovenerologist (from a clinic at the place of residence, valid for 3 days);

10. Doctor's conclusions about the absence of contacts with infectious patients, including on a new coronavirus infection, on the state of health of students and information about the available vaccinations

11. Medical report of a therapist for settlement in a hostel

12. Vaccination certificate for new coronavirus infection (COVID-19) (original and 2 copies) IF AVAILABLE;
