The gamma-resonance study of materials of the electronic technics ,ACMS, SMOKE, Conversion Electrons Mossbauer Spectroscopy, CEMS, DCEMS

Unique Mossbauer spectrometer providing simultaneous measurement of many spectra placed here. This spectrometer records 128 spectra for 128 discrete values of pulse amplitude from a gamma/electrons radiation detector. Such a patented solution provides new possibilities which are almost not accessible with traditional technique.

Special bonuses of the solution we have in Depth Selective Conversion Electrons Mossbauer spectroscopy (DCEMS). Basic applications are investigation of near-surface area of ~200nm for promising new materials of microelectronics and spintronics.
