JUNE 26, WEDNESDAY. EXCURSION TO SVIYAZHSK ON THE SHIP
Dear participants of the conference, an excursion on a Volga river cruise ship to Sviyazhsk Island will be organized on June 26. The cost of the trip is 800 russian rubles (tickets for Kazan – Sviyazhsk – Kazan are included, two-hour excursion, lunch).
- Independent arrival of participants to the Kazan River port. See the map for how to get from the University to the River Port.
- Landing on the ship will begin at 8:30. DO NOT BE LATE!!!
- Departure from the River port at 9:00.
- Arrival at Sviyazhsk at 11:10.
- Two-hour tour of the island.
- Joint lunch (cafe booked) and free time for a walk.
- Departure from Sviyazhsk at 15:15.
- Arrival back to Kazan at 17:20.
If you plan to take part in the trip, please notify the organizing committee for booking seats (seats are limited). Payment for the trip is made during registration for the conference.
Kazan Federal University and Tatarstan Academy of Sciences organize an International conference "Algebra and Mathematical Logic: Theory and Applications" dedicated to the 125-th birthday of the founder of the Department of Algebra of Kazan University, Professor Nikolai Chebotarev (1894-1947), and the 75-th birthday of the chair of the department Professor Marat Arslanov (born February 7, 1944).
The meeting will be held in Kazan Federal University from June 24 to 28, 2019. The main topics of the Conference include (but are not limited to) group theory, Galois theory, ring theory, model theory, computer and universal algebra, computability theory, mathematical and applied logic and other related branches of mathematics.
The Program Committee of the Conference co-chairs by Academician of RAS Yu.L. Ershov (Novosibirsk) and Professor of RAS I.Sh. Kalimullin (Kazan) .
The Organizing Сommittee of the Conference chaired by E.A. Turilova, Director of the N.I. Lobachevsky Institute of Mathematics and Mechanics KFU.
The scientific program of the Conference includes invited plenary lectures and contributed talks.
