Annotation

The review article deals with modernization of the social sphere and one of the most important of its systems ? the healthcare system ? in Russia. Based on the comparative analysis of international and Russian sources, foreign and domestic researches, we make a conclusion on the contemporary state of the process of the healthcare system modernization in Russia.
