dc.description.abstract	The article is devoted to the regional industrial systems development that is characterized by the implementation of large-scale economic and social programs, newly established system of indicative management and is oriented to the economic potential and competitive edges retention. The article deals with the increase of competitiveness of regional commodity producers and put emphasis on the concrete tools of an economic efficiency estimation of use of resources.
