Annotation In the course of the study, there was confirmed a hypothesis for greater labor satisfaction of employees being lawfully married compared to unmarried ones. There was revealed a significant positive correlation between age of the managerial personnel in the organization and labor satisfaction. Simultaneously there was rejected the hypothesis of the influence of the labor process content and working conditions on the interest of managerial staff in exercising their powers in the organization.
