В данной статье рассматриваются особенности языкового развития детей младшего школьного возраста. В соответствии с концепцией ?Космического воспитания? М.Монтессори возраст 6-12 лет характеризуется сензитивным периодом развития воображения. Эта физиологическая способность выступает определяющим звеном в выборе подходов к обучению письму и чтению на родном языке и призвана служить ориентиром в обучении иностранным языкам The language development characteristics of the children of the primary school age are reviewed in this paper. According to the Montessori?s concept of the ?Cosmic education?, the age of 6-12 years corresponds to the sensitive period of imagination development. This physiological capability serves as the basis for a choice of the approaches to training in the native language writing and reading and should be treated as a guideline in foreign language learning.
