Using a novel approaches with the specific fluorescent dyes optimized by us for real-time monitoring of ROS production in plant mitochondria in vitro and in vivo, it has been detected their cold-induced increase. But this was essential in isolated mitochondria permeabilized by the channel-former alamethicin indicating on their weak ROS ?export? function, and a possible reasons are discussed in comparison with the results obtained for organelles in intact tissues. |
