dc.description.abstract	In the article the ways of establishment of the Institute of Commissioner for Human Rights of Child Rights are presented. The process of this institute establishment in the regions of the Russian Federation observed in recent years is characterized by different levels of normative legal regulation of the commissioner for human rights activity and the variety of models of this institute. Development of common approaches to legal base formation for further development and improvement of the institute are recommended.	ru_RU
