Annotation

Phraseographic description of different languages has both linguistic and cultural differences. As English is considered to be the language of international communication its phraseography is better developed on the practical level which is confirmed by a large number of bilingual dictionaries with attraction of different languages. Russian phraseography also develops rapidly enough: a significant amount of Russians monolingual, bilingual, and also trilingual and four-lingual dictionaries are published and popular among foreign experts.
