Development of neurotechnologies is supported by the state and large corporations, as they are designed to solve global problems that have a wide public resonance. The development of neurotechnologies is taking place simultaneously in different sectors of the economy. Good funding, interdisciplinary basis and general interest ensure a high rate of development. The lack of generally accepted ethical norms regulating the process of cognitive sciences development makes us think about the issues of cognitive safety of society. Within the framework of this work, the authors considered issues of ethics in the sphere of organizing and conducting neuromarketing research, analyzed the concept of neuroethics. The experience of different countries has been studied and the worldwide low level of formation of the ethical base of neuroresearch has been proved. We determined the chronological sequence of neuromarketing research development and formulated the limitations arising in the realization of each of the stages. It is noted that the organics in the field of ethical regulation increases with the transition of neuroresearch development to each subsequent level. The problems of ethical regulation of neuromarketing research are systematized and described and possible ways of their solution are proposed. Theoretical significance of the work lies in the systematization of ethical problems of neuromarketing research regulation. The practical significance lies in the proposal of recommendations for determining the directions of solving the identified problems. |
