Annotation

In the modern world, where international cooperation and globalization play an important role, various companies seek to expand their activities beyond their countries by entering into foreign projects. The purpose of this work is to study the taxation systems of enterprises in the oil industry in the Russian Federation and the Republic of Uzbekistan to assess the effectiveness of the implementation of a joint investment project. In accordance with this goal, the authors solve the following problems in the work: studying domestic and foreign experience in distributing natural rent between the state and oil industry companies, assessing the effectiveness of investment projects in various conditions, and assessing the effectiveness of the implementation of an investment project for geological exploration (GE) jointly with the Republic of Uzbekistan . The object of the study is a model of an investment project for geological exploration in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
