The paper considers the enclosing structures of an individual housing construction object made of wood-mineral composite, brick and polystyrene concrete. The purpose of the study is to identify the thermal parameters of the wall. According to the results of calculations by the Elcut software package, the heat flow at the brick wall was 70.12 W/m2, from wood-mineral composite 64.777 W/m2 and polystyrene concrete 23.58 W/m2. An enlarged calculation of the costs required for the construction of the walls of a housing construction facility with an area of 100 m2 was carried out. And calculation of heating costs, depending on the magnitude of the heat flow of the structure. It is established that per day the cost of heating an object where walls made of wood-mineral composite will amount to 24.5 rubles, brick 26.33 rubles, and polystyrene concrete 8.9 rubles.
