Annotation

The article weighs the pros and cons of solving the problem of developing the relationship between individual free will and artificial intelligence (AI) on the basis of the concepts of classics of social thought (Hobbes, Leibniz, Kant, V.Vernadsky, J.-P.Sart, etc.) and contemporary researchers whose problematics concerns the issues of describing the impact of AI on human intellect and personality (M.Foucault, J.Deleuze, A.Damasio, D.Searle, N.Bostrom, D.Kahneman, etc.). In order to understand the problem of perspectives of relations between human and AI, the article puts forward a number of theses and shows arguments both in their support and in their refutation. The article considers AI as a rationalistic, but not ontological project; as an inevitable future of human civilisation, associated with a fundamental danger for the individual with the loss of freedom of choice and uniqueness of personality. At the same time, the general conclusion of the article demonstrates the fact that it is possible for a person to preserve AI resistance practices in the contemporary socio-cultural environment.
