Annotation

Изучены показатели сердечно-сосудистой и дыхательной систем и их функциональная взаимосвязь у спортсменов разного возраста при велоэргометрической нагрузке повышающейся мощности. Показано, что динамика кардиореспираторных показателей разная, зависящая от возраста спортсменов и задаваемой нагрузки. Для оценки функциональных возможностей организма спортсменов рекомендуется использовать коэффициент комплексного обеспечения организма кислородом, позволяющий судить о компенсаторных и адаптивных реакциях организма при выполнении нагрузки повышающейся мощности. The article deals with the study of indexes of cardiovascular and respiratory systems and their functional interconnection of sportsmen of different age with bicycle ergometry exercise of increasing intensity. It is shown that dynamics of cardio-respiratory indexes is different, depending on sportsmen's age and given intensity. For the assessment of functional abilities of sportsman's body it's recommended to use coefficient of integrated oxygen support of body which allows to estimate compensatory and adaptive body reactions while exercising increasing intensity.
