    Annotation Considered a periodical hydro dynamical processes at the blood flow in a vessel with the presence of the circular clot. The mathematical description is based on the general equations of blood filtration in a porous medium of the clot. Finite-difference scheme and numerical algorithm have been developed. With the use of computational experiments the influence of the shape and the structure of a clot formed at the blood vessel wall on the main hydrodynamic characteristics determining the probability of a clot breakage from the wall has been analyzed.
