Annotation The process of migration of organic carbon from the biochar into the substrate and the aqueous phase was simulated. The process of organic carbon migration in passive and washing mode was evaluated. Part of the organic carbon was washed with water and passed into the aqueous phase, the other part remained in the mass of biochar. Biochar can be a source of available organic carbon, providing nutrition to rhizosphere microorganisms that improve the mineral nutrition of plants, both in the short and long term.
Keywords corn straw biochar, water-soluble organic carbon (WSOC)
