Utopia is viewed as a universal constant of human consciousness and social existence. Based on systemic, structural-functional approach, the axiological, gnoseological and project-praxeological bases for the utopia phenomenon are substantiated. The triunity of these bases determines its structure. The structural elements are: the utopian ideas formed according to the “by contradiction” principle and embodied in the ideal; the utopian consciousness as a manifestation of the dialectics of the crisis-type and stabilization-type social-value consciousness; and the transformational activity, which is activated when the utopian ideas become regulators of social relations. |
