dc.description.abstract	The COVID-19 pandemic has caused serious damage to national socio-economic systems, causing the deepest crisis in the economies of countries and national regions since the Great Depression... The coronavirus pandemic has tested both national health and social welfare systems, private businesses and regional economies. The end of the COVID-19 pandemic is associated not only with the restoration of regions, but also with overcoming numerous manifestations of uncertainty in the construction of future reality. At the same time, the top priorities include the revival of frozen and accelerated development of new infrastructure projects in the regions, on which the restoration of employment, the level of people's well-being, rebuilding of private businesses and the revival of the regional economy as a whole depend. Provided adequate institutionalization, the successful implementation of national projects in the regions could play a significant role in the accelerated recovery and growth of economic activity on the sub-national level. In the post-like future, the priority of the interests of private investors, predisposed to participate in partnership with the state in the implementation of socially significant projects, should become the institutional norm. Only in this case will infrastructure projects be able to play the role of drivers in the accelerated recovery of the Russian regional economy.	ru_RU
