dc.description.abstract	There is a positive spatial correlation of the gross regional product per capita of the employed population and a negative spatial correlation in the costs of technological innovations. In the context of technologies convergence by strong regions, this predicts an increase in inequality in the development of regions. This fact can be explained by the absence of the process of β- convergence of the average productivity rate in the regional economy in 2009-2019 under conditions of increasing dispersion of internal and external economic shocks.	ru_RU
