dc.description.abstract	The article examines the problem of measuring and analyzing endogenous factors of economic growth in a knowledge-based economy. The authors discuss the key characteristics of knowledge – non-competitiveness, non-exclusivity, the ability to set a common framework for the incorporation of new experience and the development of technologies. The review of works with theoretical models of knowledge and technology influence on economic growth is being performed. The authors highlight the need to take spatial relationships in the analysis of endogenous factors of economic growth into account. The purpose of the article is to study the spatial aspect of the knowledge dissemination in the production sector of Russian regions based on the use of the cost indicator for technological innovations. Based on the spatial correlation between 2009 and 2019, it is shown that there is a technological imbalance between regions as a result of an unbalanced distribution of knowledge in the industrial sector, the regional competition in terms of costs for technological innovations, discovered the local spatial clusters of regions with high and low costs of technological innovation.	ru_RU
