Annotation From the point of view of historical and modern conditions of formation of the lingual situation in India, the scientific and public topicality is represented by the research of the problem of a variety of spoken languages along with traditional Hindi and a number of the so-called “new ones”. For example, as a result of Muslim penetration and communication of the locals speaking Sanskrit language with Persian, Turkic and Arabic population, there appeared a language, the predecessor of modern Urdu, termed Hindawi. Later, as a result of European colonial conquest, there arose an Indian alternative of English – Hinglish. Modern authors explore the nature, the place and the role of English in the destiny and in the mentality of different nations including Indian inhabitants to understand the uniqueness of its variability. Considering the local history constituent of the theme, let us notice the representative Indian diaspora in Tatarstan.
Keywords Classification of multi-language structures, Modern Indian area, Indian diaspora in Tatarstan.
