dc.description.abstract	This article considers some of the theoretical aspects and critical review of theoretical approaches to the definition of a cluster. With the current variety of interpretations, the fundamental essence of the concept is reduced to linking territorial (regional dimension) with crowded economy-geographical relations, leading eventually to a synergistic effect. A theoretical analysis revealed the prerequisites for the emergence and development of tourist cluster in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan. They have been studied and characterized by natural, historical, industrial factors and transportation in the region. On the basis of the characteristics of complex conditions were defined boundaries of existing territorial combinations and prospects for further development of tourism.	ru_RU
