The article deals with some issues of translation of multicomponent juridical terms from English into Russian. Revealed is that it is
necessary to consider the structure of a term, its common meaning, and variability in translating. Proved is that for achieving an adequate
translation of a multicomponent term it is important to take into account semantic differences of their corresponding components in the
languages under consideration. This approach ensures conservation of the meaning of the terminological unit. |
