The article is devoted to theoretical and legislative problems of consequences of en-vironmental crimes. In this regard, the issues of their termi-nological designation, the ratio of the existing concepts in this regard to each other, the place of conse-quences in the structure of the corpus delicti are considered; the article analyzes the technical and legal techniques that are the basis for the reflection of the considered feature in criminal law norms: 1) its external manifestation: 2) type of changes in public relations (object of crime): 3) the content of public relations that have under-gone changes in the result of an environmental crime. The opinion is expressed re-garding the legality of creating compounds of real danger. |
