dc.description.abstract	In our study we explored the issues of the product life cycle last stage i.e. the utilization and / or recycling (reprocessing). The relevance of these aspects determines the priorities in the Russian Federation standardization development and the management tasks on this stage. The industrial wastes include products and substances, the secondary use of which is not profitable at this firm; among the methods of its disposal is the burial at specialized landfills, burning in incinerators, pyrolysis, etc. Standardization in the specified high-potential sphere is necessary; it is expected to solve a number of problems, including the problems of resources limitation (in all ways), i.e. the processing, utilization, recycling. In the article we analyse the Russian Federation technical committees activities which realise the implementation of this direction and propose the ways for its enhancement. Special attention here should be paid to the development of such types of standards like the GOSTs standards.	ru_RU
