The modern competitive advantages of enterprises increasingly depend on the ability of employees to develop and implement innovations, and not on the degree of ownership of material assets and capital resources, which is the basis of economic growth based on scientific and technological progress and leads to an expanded attraction of investment in intellectual capital. Innovation activity is the basis for the development of industrial enterprises, and also makes it possible to increase the competitive advantages.
