The main idea of this article is to make a comparative analysis between the European Union and Russian Federation in order to find similarities in their structure organization. The European Union has a lot of federative “symptoms” in its structure. In addition, the influence of the European Union on modern politics is much greater than that of some European states by themselves. In this context raises a question: isn't the European Union is just a new Federative State? And if so, then how do the legal personality of European Union will change in that case? |
