In this work are developed a theory of spin transport in magnetic NanoContacts (NC) considering to the gradient terms in the series expansion of Green function. The main objective of this work is studying the influence of gradient of chemical potential on the tunnel characteristics in magnetic NC. A specific feature of the study is to take into account some distinction between in the effective masses of electrons with different spin orientations in the ferromagnetic metals. The TMR ratio vs. contact radius divided to mean free path of the conduction electrons and the TMR ratio vs. voltage are shown. |
