Annotation |
The relevance of the problem under study is due to the current shortage of teachers in mathematics and natural sciences, as well as the demand of modern society for a new type of a teacher, capable of constant self-development and understanding social significance of the results of own activity. Subject position is one of the most important conditions for professional self-realization, and creation of an innovative subject-oriented environment acts as a determinant of the innovative development of educational systems. However, a lot of aspects of this complex issue are not sufficiently developed. In this regard, this article is aimed at identifying factors and barriers to creation of a subject-oriented educational environment in the process of training a teacher of mathematics and natural sciences at Kazan Federal University. Basing on a survey, the analysis of students' value-motivational sphere and assessment of their educational environment were carried out. The study allowed us to identify measures and develop recommendations for improving career guidance and educational work with both applicants and students studying in the training program of the natural sciences and mathematics. |
