    Annotation This article describes the architecture of the training simulator designed for invasive operations in virtual reality, which is based on users interaction with virtual surgical instruments and a virtual patient using controllers. Particular attention is paid to game mechanics, that synchronized with real practitioners used in open operations. Types of possible user actions are described.
