The problem of the study lies in the fact that the Professional Standard places demands on the teacher, aimed at achieving the three most important areas of educational results: training, education and child development. In this regard, there is an actual problem in creating a model of mentoring in the Kazan Federal University «teacher-student-student«, which will be focused on the formation and development of professional competencies of teachers and students of the university - future elementary school teachers whose teaching activities will be organized not after university, and while studying at the university, when students conduct educational and developmental activities with children of primary school age in the children's theater of KFU “Rainbow«. The three-dimensional model of mentoring is aimed at developing the creative and acting abilities of students. |
