Annotation The complete theory of cosmological evolution's macroscopic description is constructed with a help of self-consistent field. The theory includes a subsystem of linear equations of perturbations' evolution and nonlinear macroscopic Einstein equations and equations of a scalar field. We provide examples of system's solution which show the principal difference of the cosmological models of the early Universe built on homogenous and locally fluctuating scalar fields. {\bf Keywords}: macroscopic gravitation, self-consistent field, cosmological model, scalar fields, averaging of local fluctuations, asymptotical behavior, cosmological singularity.
