dc.description.abstract	Nowadays rapidly developing information-oriented society requires highly-qualified computer science teachers. According to the Federal Educational Standard of Secondary education based on system- and activity-based approach it is necessary to develop personal, metadisciplinary and disciplinary competencies. As a result, there comes a necessity to effectively structure the process of pre-service teacher education using a variety of educational approaches and techniques. The article describes the experience of pre-service teachers' training in terms of “Methodology of teaching computer science and information technology (IT)” course at Kazan Federal University.	ru_RU
