dc.description.abstract	Orientation of the Russian economy to the innovation way of development of the outputs to the fore the problem of reforming the prevailing mechanisms to meet the needs of economic entities in investment. Significant changes in the development of the banking sector introduced the financial crisis, which has led to a sharp fall in the level of capitalization of banks, lowering the quality of their credit investments, growth of arrears and, as a consequence, the negative dynamics macro-economic indicators characterizing the role of banks in the economy. Among financial institutions, to ensure an effective transfer of national savings in investment banks played a leading role.	ru_RU
