    Annotation Marketing and work with each client are the key areas of use of artificial intelligence systems. It is because the basis of external transformation is a new concept of working with clients, partners and contractors, where modern business is built around the client, not the product. Thus, open innovation ecosystems, which have replaced traditional communication channels, are focused on the end user. As a result, contractors and partners organize effective interaction with the client, trying to anticipate his expectations and needs, in the end, because customers give the right to solve the expert opinion of the Bank. Article contains analysis financial and technological challenges in shaping ecosystems of financial and credit industry. It should be noted that these models are already widely used in the banking sector, namely, the models of artificial intelligence algorithms are integrated into key decision-making processes, primarily in terms of risk management and customer offerings, they are also used in the development of new products and services with maximum personalization. Thanks to these technologies, it is easier to create voice and text assistants based on speech and text recognition algorithms, allowing you to create fundamentally innovative interfaces for interaction with customers
