    Annotation At present time, in the conditions of pedagogical education modernization, the system of teacher professional training is concentrated on changing approaches to the practical component organization. Competent approach involves the evaluation of educational outcomes from the perspective of competence development. The purpose of this article is to determine the levels of competency formation among students - future teachers to identify the main competence components of further professional development. The leading method in this problem study was the assessment of 132 reports on master's work following the pedagogical practice results. The analysis and systematization of student's educational results made it possible to identify the problem areas in the formation of the competences of future teachers. The article presents the system of competency assessment developed by the authors, formed during the teaching practice of undergraduates. The materials presented in the article allow improving the basic professional educational programs, to make changes both in the structure of the module itself and in the order of mastering the modules.
