dc.description.abstract	In connection with modern economic conditions, great attention is paid to the use of new materials and modern technologies. According to the results of the analysis of technical characteristics, materials are used to ensure the economic effect of the initial cost of construction and reduce costs during operation. Experts and scientists agree that the use of innovative materials becomes economically viable at the stage of construction and subsequent operation of the road surface. It is new technologies that are designed to improve road safety in our country of costly repairs. In this case, areas with permafrost soils and regions with difficult climatic conditions, which are haracterized by seasonal freezing of soils, deserve special attention.	ru_RU
