Annotation |
The article discusses the technological complex of wastewater treatment (WWS) from heavy metals. Based on the review of the basic methods of modeling discrete-continuous chemical-technological systems (CTS), the feasibility of using the Petri nets theory (SP) apparatus for modeling the WWS process from heavy metals is justified.It is proposed to use a modification of Petri nets, focused on modeling and analysis of discrete-continuous XTS, by including priority transitions, label delay times in positions and transitions.
Built models of the main devices that implement the process of WWS. From the SP - models of typical devices, the model of the entire installation was synthesized in the form of a modified Petri net (SME). The TRACE MODE SCADA technology has been used to develop the OSV process control system software.
