Annotation

In the proposed textbook, the issues of theoretical and methodological features of the development of economic history are studied, the stages of formation and the specifics of the formation of economic theories and basic scientific doctrines are considered. The textbook considers the main schools of Western and Russian economic science, starting with the economic history of the era of mercantilism and ending with the modern stage of development of economic theory. It describes the approaches that now exist and that existed previously in economic theory, the reasons for their appearance, the logic of the development of economic concepts. The main stages and features of systematization of economic ideas and views in economic theory, identifying their significance for the practice of the economic life of the creative heritage of prominent economists who contributed to the emergence of various theoretical schools, trends and areas of economic thought are considered. The presented material can be studied independently by performing the proposed tasks and conducting self-control of the material. The manual is intended for students, masters, graduate students, teachers of universities of economic specialty. It can be used in the educational process in the direction of «Economics« for students of day and correspondence courses.
