Насколько вдохновляющая миссия наставника способна помочь “устроить” или переустроить жизненное целеполагание талантливого человека? А культурно-образовательная среда развития - определить смыслы и векторы интеллектуального созидания как жизненного творчества? In the author's reasoning, there are more questions than answers to the talent management dilemmas. How much is the inspiring mission of the mentor able to help “arrange” or re-arrange the life goal-setting of a talented person? And how much is the cultural and educational environment of development able to determine the meanings and vectors of intellectual creation as a life creativity?
