Complete Genome Sequence of Abscisic Acid-Metabolizing Rhizobacterium Rhodococcus sp. Strain P1Y // Microbiology Resource Announcements. – 2019. – 8(15). – e01591-18
Annotation The phytohormone abscisic acid (ABA) is synthesized by plants as well as some fungi and bacteria. The mechanisms of bioconversion of this compound are still unknown. Here we report the complete genome sequence of the ABA-utilizing strain Rhodococcus sp. P1Y, isolated from the rhizosphere of rice (Oryza sativa L.) seedlings.
Keywords abscisic acid, bioconversion, Rhodococcus, complete genome sequence
