Одним из первых татарских композиторов, стоявших у истоков национального музыкального театра является Султан Габяши (1891 – 1942). Активная творческая деятельность композитора пришлась на 20-30-е годы XX века, когда в Татарстане шел процесс становления профессионального музыкального искусства и образования. Эпоха бурных социальных потрясений наполнила его жизнь трудностями и свершениями, радостями и печалями. Творчество композитора, оказавшее заметное влияние на формирование татарской оперы, по идеологическим причинам долгое время замалчивалось и принижалось. Сегодня оно ждет справедливой оценки и популяризации. |
