dc.description.abstract	The economic development of regions is determined by a variety of parameters (financial, industrial, social). In turn, the regions that are more developed in financial and industrial terms become centers of attraction for the migration flow both within the country and within the framework of international relations. Factors affecting migration can be divided into direct ones: the level of poverty, the amount of real incomes of an individual and the amount of his real wages, and indirect ones: to which can be attributed the efficiency of the national or regional economy.	ru_RU
